Mental health challenges often go unseen.

#SUPTHESTORM offers a gentle, non-clinical way to heal, connect, and grow—especially for those who feel left behind by traditional support systems.

It provides rhythm, reflection, and release.

A VISION: D-DAY 2027

To paddle from Portsmouth with other #SUPTheStorm members across the English Channel and paddle up the Caen Canal to Pegasus Bridge to show respect for the fallen during WW2.
